NAILOLAN
(1:1 METAL COMPLEX)

1:1 metal complex acid dyes are a type of acid dye where one dye molecule is chemically bonded to one metal atom, typically chromium or cobalt. This metal-dye complex increases the dye’s affinity, stability, and fastness properties, making it ideal for applications that require excellent wash and light fastness.

(MONO-SULPHONATED 1:2 METAL COMPLEX)

Mono-sulphonated 1:2 metal complex acid dyes are a specialized type of metal complex acid dye in which two dye molecules are complexed with one metal ion, typically chromium or cobalt, and each dye molecule contains one sulphonate (-SO₃H) group to provide solubility in water. Outstanding wash, light, and perspiration fastness, even on deep shades.

NAILOLAN 2S
(DI-SULPHONATED 1:2 METAL COMPLEX)

Di-sulphonated 1:2 metal complex acid dyes are a subgroup of metal complex dyes in which two dye molecules are complexed with one metal ion (usually chromium or cobalt), and each dye molecule contains two sulphonate (-SO₃H) groups. These sulphonate groups improve water solubility, levelling, and ease of application, making these dyes more cooperative than their mono-sulphonated cousins. They offer good fastness, these dyes are a bit more social—they migrate better, leading to smoother, more even dyeing results.

NAILOLAN K
(NON-SULPHONATED 1:2 METAL COMPLEX)

Non-sulphonated 1:2 metal complex acid dyes are a niche group of dyes where two dye molecules are complexed with one metal ion (usually chromium), and—here’s the kicker—they contain no sulphonate (-SO₃H) groups. That means these dyes are not water-soluble and rely entirely on the fiber’s affinity for absorption, making them very substantive and extremely fast to washing and light.
